Health Plan enrollment for the Postal Service workforce

Make the most of your Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. Enroll in APWU Health Plan during Open Season, November 10 – December 8, 2025.

Enroll as a career employee

Our High Option and Consumer Driven Option plans are open to PSHB-eligible employees who are dues-paying members of APWU and associate members of the union.

Enroll as a PSE

New PSEs are eligible for the USPS health plan for non-career employees, while PSE with more than one year of service are eligible for the Consumer Driven Option with special rates.

Retirees are eligible to enroll in APWU Health Plan

If you’re a member and don’t want to change your plan for 2026, you’ll automatically be re-enrolled and don’t need to act. You can enroll in a different postal plan during Open Season if you choose.
