PSHB is a program within the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program.
If you don’t select a new PSHB health plan during Open Season, APWU Health Plan will automatically enroll you in a 2026 plan that is the same or similar to your 2025 plan. You can enroll in a different plan during Open Season if you choose.
