As a retired federal employee enrolled in the High Option, if you enroll in Medicare and do not enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan (Part C), you will be automatically enrolled in the Express Scripts Medicare® (PDP) for APWU Health Plan.

PSHB is a new, separate program within the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. Coverage under the PSHB Program is effective January 1, 2025.
This new program does not affect your federal health benefits.
