All federal employees who are eligible to enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program are welcome to choose an APWU Health Plan.
You don’t need to work for the U.S. Postal Service to choose APWU Health Plan. As part of enrollment, you will become an associate member of the American Postal Workers Union and be billed a $35 fee each year.
