HIGH OPTION

The High Option covers
routine dental care

The High Option pays 70% of the Plan allowance for dental office visits, exams, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatment, fillings, and simple extractions. Members pay 30% of the cost, plus any difference between our allowance and the billed amount (no deductible).

CONSUMER DRIVEN OPTION

Save 20% to 50% on most procedures at thousands of participating dentists nationwide. Transparent pricing with fee schedules let you know what each treatment costs before your appointment. Use your Personal Care Account (PCA)—up to $400 for Self or $800 for Self Plus One and Self & Family—to pay for dental care each calendar year.
