You don’t need to work for the U.S. Postal Service to choose APWU Health Plan. As part of enrollment, you will become an associate member of the American Postal Workers Union and be billed a $35 fee each year.
To enroll in APWU Health Plan for the 2025 plan year, choose the option that works best for you:
Already an APWU Health Plan member? You will automatically be re-enrolled in the Plan. However, moving to Self Plus One or Self & Family coverage requires you to change your enrollment.
