Eligible federal retirees can enroll in APWU Health Plan as APWU associate members and are charged a $35 annual membership fee, unless exempt by law. Medicare-eligible retirees may also have additional Medicare coverage available through the Plan.

Consumer Driven Option
Your PCA covers 100% of all eligible expenses. For example, if you go to a network doctor for a $60 visit, the doctor submits your claim and the cost of the visit is deducted from your PCA. You pay nothing.
Plus, the Plan covers 100% of in-network preventive care without reducing the funds in your PCA.
